How long does a generation take?+
Most face swaps complete in 30-60 seconds. Motion control videos typically take 2-5 minutes depending on length and complexity. Pro users skip the queue and get results ~3× faster.
What file formats are supported?+
Images: JPG, PNG, WebP up to 10MB. Videos: MP4, MOV, WebM, 3-20 seconds long, up to 50MB.
Can I use the results commercially?+
Free plan outputs are for personal use only. Pro and Studio plans include a full commercial license — use anywhere, any time.
Where are my files stored?+
Your generated content is stored securely and accessible from the Library page. Free plan keeps your last 30 items, Pro and Studio are unlimited.
I forgot my password+
On the sign-in page, click 'Forgot password?'. We'll email you a reset link valid for 1 hour.
How do I cancel?+
Settings → Plan → Manage subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your billing cycle.
Why did my generation fail?+
Common reasons: face not detected (use clearer photos), unsupported file type, or temporary capacity. Try again or contact support.
Do you train AI models on my data?+
No. Your uploads and generations are never used to train any models. They're processed and stored only for your access.
