1. What we collect

Account data: email and a hashed password.
Content you upload: images and videos for processing through our AI tools.
Generated outputs: the files we create from your inputs.
Usage data: anonymous telemetry to keep the service stable (page loads, errors, generation counts).

2. How we use it

To run the AI tools you requested and deliver results to you.
To keep your library accessible across devices.
To send essential service emails (password resets, billing notices). We do not send marketing.
To diagnose bugs and improve performance.

3. What we never do

We do not train AI models on your uploads or outputs.
We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
We do not share your content with third parties except processors we strictly need to run the service (compute provider, payment processor).

4. Storage and retention

Uploads are processed and kept in your library until you delete them or your account is closed.
Free plan libraries are limited to the most recent 30 items; older items are automatically removed.
When you delete an item or your account, content is purged from our active systems within 30 days.

5. Your rights

Access, correct or export your data at any time from Account settings.
Delete your account and all associated content from Account settings → Danger zone.
Email support@vytrona.com for any data request — we respond within 7 days.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed for sign-in sessions. No analytics or advertising trackers.

7. Children

Vytrona is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
