1. Agreement
By using Vytrona you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us at support@vytrona.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Vytrona to create content that is illegal, deceptive, sexual involving minors, harassing, or designed to impersonate real people without consent. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this rule.
4. Your content
You retain full ownership of everything you upload and everything we generate for you. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process the content solely to deliver the service to you.
5. Commercial use
Free plan outputs are for personal use only. Pro and Studio plans include a worldwide commercial license to use generated outputs in your own work and projects.
6. Billing, cancellation and refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel any time from Account settings — your plan stays active until the end of the current 30-day billing period, after which your account automatically returns to the Free plan. All sales are final and we do not issue refunds, including for partial months, unused credits, or early cancellations. Any credits already on your balance remain yours and can be spent at any time — they don't expire when you downgrade.
7. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages and rare incidents may cause downtime. We don't owe credits for short interruptions.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for prolonged inactivity (12+ months on Free).
9. Disclaimer
AI-generated content can be imperfect. Vytrona is provided 'as is' without warranties. Always review outputs before publishing.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
